Jessica came out to give us an estimate & made appointment for cleaning. Received call when they were on their way & they arrived on time. Cleaned windows, inside & out, as well as screens. Windows sparkled!! Everyone was extremely friendly. They offered to come back if we found any spots they missed.

Jay and Jessica are amazing! We trust them to clean our office and home on a regular basis. They are extremely professional and courteous. Would highly recommend them!

This window cleaning service was what I had hoped. They worked hard to fit into my desired schedule. They were professional in their paperwork, making sure I knew what services they would be providing, at what cost, and what my responsibilities were. They called before coming, as promised, and stayed until the job was entirely done, going above and beyond my expectations. You DO get what you pay for. . . thankfully!

Awesome company! Every professional from the scheduling to the cleaning. You can call for a one time cleaning or set up scheduling for year round cleanings. They are always on time, and they have the latest equipment to do the job. We have used their service for several years.

This company did an amazing job! My windows look better than I could have imagined. They cleaned all the windows (inside and out), all the screens, all the outside ceiling fans/light fixtures and cleaned around the trim around the whole house. They showed up on time, stayed on task and never once saw them take a break! Great work ethic and very professional!! I highly recommend them!!!!

Jessica made an appt to come by and look at our home to determine how Big Tex could meet our requests. She showed me a plan and it was exactly what we wanted (outside windows, remove iron from brick on front of house, and pressure wash porch and sidewalk). This was our 2nd time to use Big Tex and we were not disappointed. They were actually early and went above and beyond to meet our requests. We would not hesitate to use them again or recommend their services.

The entire experience was enjoyable. Jessica was very clear in describing what services would be performed, and Jay and Ethan came out a few days later and did the cleaning. Their work greatly exceeded my expectations based on a typical window cleaning company. Communication is incredible. On the day of the cleaning, they finished up a job early, and asked if they could come to our house an hour earlier than scheduled. I had told Jessica that I planned to be a picky customer because we have a very large window looking out onto the lake, and it shows every streak. The day after they left, I checked that window and it was streak-free!

I would definitely use them again, and I doubt that I’ll ever wash my own windows again!
